1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

• The item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect. • The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition. • All original tags, labels, packaging, and invoices are intact. • The return request is submitted within 7 days of delivery.

We do not accept returns for:

• Change of mind or personal preference. • Incorrect size selection by the customer. • Items purchased during sale, clearance, or promotional campaigns. • Products that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

To initiate a return request, please follow these steps:

    • Clear photos/videos of the item showing the defect or issue

  3. Our support team will review your request and respond within 2–4 business days.

If your return is approved, you will receive return instructions and a return shipping address.


3. Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. • We strongly recommend using a trackable courier service. • MyInsignia is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.


4. Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days. • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only. • Original shipping charges are non‑refundable. • Any customs duties, taxes, or clearance charges paid by the customer are non‑refundable.


5. Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges for international orders.

If you wish to receive a different size or style:

• Please return the original item (if eligible). • Place a new order separately on MyInsignia.com.


6. Order Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement or before dispatch (whichever comes first). • Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.


7. Non‑Returnable Items

The following items are non‑returnable and non‑refundable:

• Sale or discounted items • Clearance items • Gift cards • Items damaged due to misuse or improper care


8. Customs & International Duties
